Welcome to the SULTRY & sweet SUMMER reads YYC author showcase! Who is coming to woo you on June 24? JILLY JAXX, one of my fave discoveries in the local romance scene. Kittens, NOBODY writes like Jilly Jaxx. If you want your romance Jedi or Star Trek style–baby, have I got the author for you:

JILLY JAXX grew up on Star Wars and Star Trek (and oh, the horror, loves both). Her sci-fi faves are Farscape, the Lexx, and Firefly though.

Since her three fave series are now dead and gone, she decided to make her own sci-fi world.

With hot men in kilts from the future. Because that makes sense, right?
