I have a fantastic author to introduce to you today on the SULTRY & sweet SUMMER reads YYC author showcase, the talented B.C. DEEKS:

B.C. DEEKS writes heartwarming mysteries laced with a bit of romance, a little family and, often a wink of magic. THE HOLLY & THE IVY is one of the popular holiday-themed Frost Family & Friends Series. She also has released WITCH IN THE WIND, the first book in her romantic paranormal mystery series, Fates of The Otherland, and is currently working on Book 2: MORTAL MAGIC.

Brenda is an award-winning technical writer and believes in helping her fellow authors develop strong business skills. She has published articles in numerous industry trade publications, such as Writers Market, and delivered workshops to hundreds of writers, on career planning, professional networking, and presentation skills.

She was born and raised in Newfoundland, an island off the east coast of Canada, and is thrilled to be living her dream as a busy author in Alberta, Canada.
