I don’t normally gush–I’m more likely to swear–but OMFG, tomorrow, I get to spend the whole entire day with Kristan Higgins. Just me, Kristan… and um, I don’t know, 40 other people. But hey. 40, not 400. I’m totally going to get to hang with Kristan Higgins.

Other news: Viking Hell has finally melted and my SULTRY & sweet SUMMER plans are well underway.
I’ve got so many fabulous authors on board, I’m just beyond thrilled, and I’ll be introducing them to you shortly. Watch this space, and the maybe RSVP to the event on Facebook (SULTRY & sweet SUMMER reads YYC FB Event) to stay in the loop on developments.
I’ve been a reading and writing machine, but I’ll tell you about the writing later, and about the reading when I get the reviews up on GoodReads. I’ve also finished Becca Symes amazing Write Better Faster course on MargieLawson.com –which may or may not be the reason I’m 22K into a new WIP even though this was going to be my no-writing month — and I think Becca totally gave me permission to abandon Facebook marketing. I’ll tell you more about that later, too.
Because now, I have to go pick out my outfit for meeting Kristan Higgins. The shoes, I’ve decided on–practical Mary Janes with little flower designs on them. And I have this new green jacket. But the dress? Or should I do a skirt? (Can’t the pants–those Mary Janes don’t do pants. Trust me.)
K. Gotta go stare at my closet.
