I am thrilled to continue our SULTRY & sweet SUMMER reads YYC author showcase today with the fabulous KATIE O’CONNOR who can be both sweet and sultry–sometimes in the space of the same sentence. Today, and on June 24, you’re going to get to know her SWEET side:
KATIE O’CONNOR is an avid reader and writer. She writes both sweet and steamy romance novels with contemporary and western themes. Katie started writing soon after high school and continued to write while raising a family. She received her first book contract in 2011 for the erotic novella The Gift and has continued to publish her works both traditionally and independently.
Katie loves romance and prides herself in writing compelling, heart tugging stories with wide appeal. She is currently working on a seven-book contemporary romance series which will be published by Camel Press.
Katie is a member of two chapters of the Romance Writers of America and a member of When Words Collide Calgary where she serves on the Grants Committee.
GENRES: Katie will be showcasing her SWEET side at Sultry Summer; she writes SWEETLY in contemporary romance, Western Romance, and Small Town Romance, and she gets SULTRY when writing Erotica and Erotic Romance
