Me: Jump. Press publish, send, go. What else can one do?

Her: But I think your first post should be really kick-ass. Powerful. You know? Stop the world in its axis and make it really pay attention.
Me: But if I do that, I will never do anything… my first post just has to BE. An outtake. Words on the floor. A promise of something to come. That’s all.
Him: There are no readers for the first post anyway. It doesn’t matter. It’s a throw-away.
Me: Words on the floor.
Him: Precisely.
Me: And tomorrow?
Him: Tease again. And again. But be ready to deliver.
Me: I will.
